How To Submit An Event to Interfaith Sydney

Interfaith Sydney is an edited list. We are not obliged to publish all events submitted. We reserve the right to edit entries accepted for publication.

You must provide certain mandatory information to be able to submit events. The mandatory information needed is highlighted on the submission form.

Once an event has been submitted, you will receive a phone call or email from admin to confirm the authenticity of the submission. You will then receive an email from Interfaith Sydney informing you if the event has been accepted or declined for publication.

Event Submission Criteria for Interfaith Sydney

For events to be considered by Interfaith Sydney they must be:

  • An event open to the public which is of interfaith dialogue nature.
  • Organised or hosted by at least one registered organisation.
  • Participation by more than one faith group in the event
  • Held in the Sydney Metropolitan area.

Listing Your Event on Interfaith Sydney

Please use one form per event. All details must be specific, finalised and confirmed prior to submission. Events with dates yet to be announced, undetermined locations, etc will not be considered by Interfaith Sydney. All entries must be submitted by the event organiser or authorised agent. Your name, phone number and email details are strictly confidential. Interfaith Sydney will only use them to validate the notice being posted. Only the event details will be displayed on the published list.

Changes to Your Events After They Have Been Submitted

If the details of your event change after you have submitted your event for publication, please inform us as soon as the change takes place by emailing info@interfaithsydney.org.au so that we can update the website.

Responsibility of Interfaith Sydney

All events advertised on Interfaith Sydney have been checked for authenticity before being put on the website. However, Interfaith Sydney is not responsible for any misleading information that may have been submitted.

Interfaith Sydney is not responsible for any changes or cancellations of events which we have not been notified about.

Interfaith Sydney is not in a position to recommend or encourage attendance to any of the events advertised on the website. It is up to the discretion of the website user to decide the suitability of an event for their attendance.
